Adding Users to your Contacts Directory
To add users to your contacts you first need to populate your contact directory. To do this navigate to the contacts tab Then select the plus icon in the top right corner. Click add contact and you will see everyone appear in a list that is active on the service. Go down the list and select users as required, then click "Save contacts" This will bring all the users into your contact directory so that you can call or message individual paramedics directly. You only need to do this once, after you have pulled them into your directory they will remain there.

Managing Status and Call Activity When Not On-Call
How do I stop calls coming through to me when I am not on call? The service will ring through to your phone or desktop whenever you are showing as active status by using the "Available" option. To stop the calls coming through to you, simply navigate to your initials in the top left corner and click on them. Select your status as “appear offline” and this will block any calls coming through (you will instead just receive an auto missed call notification). When you are next on-call for the service, navigate back to the same button and select “Available” again. Alternatively, you can log out and log in at the start and end of each on call shift by navigating to the same button and selecting log out.

The remote user can't hear me, or appears on mute
This happens when the mobile 3G / 4G signal or Wi-Fi connection drops suddenly, or when you are in an area with poor connectivity. You will see this icon appear next to the other person's name. In this instance you can either turn video off to re-establish the audio, use the direct messaging tool or ask the remote user to re-connect to the group.
