Adding Users to your Contacts Directory

To add users to your contacts you first need to populate your contact directory.

To do this navigate to the contacts tab

Then select the plus icon in the top right corner.

Click add contact and you will see everyone appear in a list that is active on the service.

Go down the list and select users as required, then click "Save contacts"

This will bring all the users into your contact directory so that you can call or message individual paramedics directly. You only need to do this once, after you have pulled them into your directory they will remain there.
