Microphone not working
If you are having issues with your microphone not working for Visionable calls but it works for other applications, this may be due to your device permissions not allowing the microphone for the Visionable App.
Windows 11
Check this by going to Settings > Privacy & Security then under the App Permissions section go to Microphone
Ensure the radio button is turned "on" against the Visionable App
If you don't have permission to view these settings as above, please contact your IT Support team who can help check these settings as an Admin.
Windows 10
If your device is running Windows 10, these settings are in a very similar location. Go to Settings > Privacy > Microphone
