If you are encountering problems with your camera or sound, chances are it could be due to your browser not being given the correct permissions to access your camera or microphone.
When you initially attempt to load the web client, the browser will notify you that Visionable wants to have access to your camera and microphone, as seen in the screenshot below. You must click allow.
The screenshot below is what you may see if permissions haven’t been allowed. The red warning banner will prompt to check the browser has been given the correct permissions. This can be further seen by the icon at the end of the search bar which has been highlighted.
If this icon is clicked it will bring up a smaller window where you can choose to allow the browser / web app to access your camera and microphone. Once this has been done, you may need to reload the page for this to take effect.
Please keep in mind that menus, icons and layouts may appear different with certain browsers.
