Log into the Visionable platform from your chosen browser.
Click on "Appointment Manager"
• Click on the green “New Appointment” button at the top.
This will bring up a “new appointment” pop up box.
• First select the clinic you wish for the appointment to be in.
• Under “Appointment”, enter the participants name or reference
• You can add details of the appointment in the “Description” box (optional)
• Assign the appointment to a clinician or select a lead clinician if this is applicable.
• Select Appointment type, if unsure just leave as Scheduled.
• Then choose the date and time you wish the appointment to take place.
• If it is going to be a repeated appointment click “add another” and schedule them in.
• Once details are correct, click “Save”.
• You will then be prompted on how you would like to notify the patient. Select either SMS or Email and enter the participants details, or Copy the appointment if you want to send it to the participant via a separate business email.
• The appointment will show up on the “Appointment Manager” page. If you do not see it on the main page, try searching or filtering for it.
