You can filter appointments by “Clinic”, “Appointment type” and search by name of clinician and appointment number
You can save filters that you use frequently. Simply pick a clinic from the drop down menu, search for name of clinician, or both. Then click “Save.” For example, if you wanted to filter Dr Jonas’ appointments.
You will then be prompted to name this filter. Then press “OK” to save it.
Once the filter is saved it will appear on the top right of the screen.
When the filter is green, it is turned on.
When the filter is blue, it is turned off.
If you no longer want the filter on, click “Clear Filter”. This will refresh the page to show all appointments, unfiltered.
To delete a saved filter, press the “X” next to the filter you wish to discard.
